Terms & Conditions

Effective date: September 10, 2026

1. Using OnDuty

OnDuty helps customers discover local service providers and contact them directly through call, WhatsApp, or shared profile links. By using the website or app, you agree to use it lawfully and provide accurate account information.

2. Direct customer-provider connection

OnDuty is a discovery platform and does not employ service providers, guarantee their work, set final prices, or process service payments. Customers and providers must confirm the service scope, price, timing, and payment terms directly with each other.

3. Provider responsibilities

Providers must keep their profile, service category, availability, contact details, and location status accurate. Providers must not misrepresent skills, availability, prices, reviews, or identity, and must follow all applicable local laws.

4. Customer responsibilities

Customers must use provider contact details respectfully and only for genuine service requests. Do not misuse the platform, post harmful content, attempt fraud, or contact providers for unlawful purposes.

5. Accounts and safety

Keep your password and one-time codes private. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, harm other users, or create a security risk. Please report suspicious activity to support.

6. Availability and limitation

We aim to keep OnDuty available and accurate, but maps, location, phone, WhatsApp, and network services depend on third parties and device permissions. OnDuty is not responsible for service-provider work, missed calls, inaccurate live-location data, or agreements made outside the platform.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the platform changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions, contact support@onduty.website.
