Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 10, 2026

1. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when creating or updating an account, including your name, phone number, email address, profile photo or avatar, service category, and provider profile details. We also collect information needed to operate the platform, such as saved providers, reviews, and contact activity.

2. Location information

With permission, OnDuty uses device location to show nearby providers. A provider who turns Online may share live location with customers; when Offline, the platform may show the provider's last saved location and how long ago it was updated. You can turn provider Online status off at any time.

3. How information is used

We use information to create accounts, display provider profiles, show nearby services, enable calls and WhatsApp contact, improve security, respond to support requests, and maintain platform functionality.

4. Sharing information

A provider's public profile can show their name, service category, profile image, business information, contact actions, ratings, and live or last-known location status. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the platform from fraud or harm.

5. Data security and retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect account information. No online system is completely secure, so please protect your password and OTP. We retain information while your account is active or as needed for legitimate platform, safety, and legal purposes.

6. Your choices

You can update your profile details, contact details, profile image, and provider availability from your account. Device location permission can be changed in your browser or phone settings. You may request help with account data by contacting support.

7. Contact and updates

We may update this policy as OnDuty develops. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@onduty.website.
